Using the Task System

Create a New Task:

  1. Click “+ New Task” button
  2. Enter task title
  3. Set due date and time
  4. Assign to family member(s)
  5. Add priority level
  6. Optional: Add description, attachments, subtasks
  7. Click “Save Task”

Edit Existing Task:

  1. Click on task name
  2. Modify any details
  3. Add notes or updates
  4. Change assignment or priority
  5. Save changes

Delete or Archive Task:

  • Click three-dot menu next to task
  • Select “Delete” or “Archive”
  • Archived tasks are saved for reference

  1. Click “Customize Dashboard” button
  2. Drag widgets to rearrange layout
  3. Choose which widgets to display:

  4. Adjust widget sizes
  5. Set default filters
  6. Save layout preferences
